I was buying a wedding and bridesmaid dresses from this shop and had paid a deposit.When my husband went and explained that I wouldn't be continuing with the sale because I'd been critically injured and asked could we have deposit back they flatly refused.It wasn't as if we were making excuses the accident was reported in the local paper. Don't recommend this shop customer service is appalling will never go there again and advise other people not to either
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2017-04-14, by Helen OczeretnyjI neded a dress in a hurry. The service from the ladies in this shop was brilliant, very helpful. Within a few days I had a beautiful dress fitted n ready to wear.
