  Great value, disposes of old goods. Free delivery. Pleasant staff. Support local traders and keep the corporate greedy monsters at bay. If you found the guy rude it works both ways matey.its nice to be nice!

  Terrible service. Didn't turn up on delivery date. No phone call. No apology. When they finally did come, they thought they had given good service. Wish we had looked at reviews for this company before buying. Avoid.

  After buying 3 fridge freezers had phone call to say would be a 2 week wait for 2 of them which was not a problem. Another phone call 2 weeks later to say would be and 2 to 4 weeks, then another 2 weeks later to say could be up to 6 weeks! Was offered an alternative that we were told was exactly the same. When it was delivered was very unpleasant and not happy to help at all and on unpacking it is not the sane as original one at all. Would not recommend this shop to anyone at all. Very poor after sales service.
