  Very disappointed as the when exchanging some US dollars as the window display showed 1.420, but it was not until leaving the store that we noticed that on the receipt it was only 1.410. So we were $20 short on the £2100 plus that we exchanged. Upon our return to question the difference they said that they had not had the time to change the window display.I think this is more of a con than an excuse & could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. If this happens on a regular basis then they are a good little earner.I will never use this shop again and will make it my mission to tell everyone of my experience, and look at taking this further.
